MacBook charging options.
What about using MacBook while it's charging and on adapter(power source) after it is fully charged?

Both are fine. You can leave your Mac plugged in all the time and just use it on battery when desired. Apple has it setup so the battery only charges when needed, and never over-charges, so nothing to worry about.
