Low volume call after IOS 15.4 update

Is it a bug for IOS 15.4 software, since I suffer from My IPhone Xs with low volumes call after I do the update, considering that I tried all possible solutions ( reset all settings, noise cancellation, even I tried to clean speaker grill) any else means should I try
