Touchscreen not working, iphone wont connect to itunes

Hi!

My iphone's touchscreen is not responding. Itunes won't find it when I connect it to my mac.

Also when I get a notification for a text message it does no longer show the name that of that sender that have put into my contacts. Instead it shows the senders number.

It may also be that it doesn't connect to wifi (but I am not 100% sure if it is me that within the recent days turned the wifi off on my phone and forgot to turn it on again.

It's an iphone SE (pretty sure it's a first generation)

I have force restarted my iphone. I have also connected it to my mac and force restarted it while itunes is running but with no luck.

Any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Change the number format to international format

+44 7890123456

instead of

07890123456

For the rest of the problems you have tried all the soft remedies so arrange a repair and when it comes back restore your latest backup.
