How do I delete an Apple Support case?

I created a case for Apple Support to help me solve an issue involving my Remove Activation Lock. But, I accidentally gave them the wrong number to call (how stupid right?). How can I close and or delete the case so they won't try and call it again or send me anymore emails? (I feel bad for the poor guy getting the phone calls!)

P.S., I apologize for possibly putting this discussion under the wrong topic, I wasn't really sure where to put it.

Please help me about how to delete permanently case number ?

Call AppleCare and give them the case number and they can show it as done.

Regarding removing an Activation Lock if you were the one who set it and it was your Apple ID but you can't remember your Apple ID password go here: If you forgot your Apple ID password - Apple Support

If someone else set them and you don't know them or cannot get hold of them Apple can't do anything for you.
