Apple gift card

A few days ago I purchased an Apple gift card, however since redeeming it, it won’t work with any in-app purchases (it only seems to work with iTunes). The gift card is not meant for iTunes, it’s meant for “for everything Apple” .

I tried to purchase something but it’s simply just says “ your purchase could not be completed.” I already tried to remove other types of payment, since it was something I frequently saw in forums. Yet, it still doesn’t work, the App Store says I still have money in my balance. This appears in every app, not just one. Does anybody know how to fix this issue?
