Magic Mouse 2 Bluetooth Issues

Magic Mouse 2 was working fine the other day then today it just stopped connecting completley, when I plugged in my MM2 it had as the status “connection rejected” , I’ve restarted my computer/turned it off and waited a minute, turned Bluetooth on and off, removed my Magic Mouse 2 from my Bluetooth list to attempt to repair it (now it’s plain not showing), went and deleted Bluetooth p lists, I’ve been through what seems like every mac post about all of their Bluetooth devices and fixes but can’t seem to find the solution to my issue, now that my MM2 doesn’t appear in my Bluetooth device list anymore I’m not sure of the status of anything as connecting it with a cable doesn’t make it appear on the list either, however.. currently ONLY when it’s connected with the cable do I get any response at all, and that’s when I switch the mouse from an ON position to an OFF position, then it’ll say “mouse off” that’s the only way I know my mouse is still working at all, if anyone has any guidance please let me know..(also idk if this information is useful but my Bluetooth keyboard connects via Bluetooth and cable just fine). I hope this isn’t a hardware issue and can be resolved.. any help is appreciated thanks
