Disable keychain
How do I get keychain to stop asking if I'd like to update the saved password for... I use my own password manager and I can't figure out how to turn it off

I got it to work. After signing into a website using Safari on a macbook pro, keychain kept asking me if I would like to update the saved password for... I had turned keychain off in iCloud but it was still popping up after I signed in. So I went to safari preferences and deleted the password for the site. Next time it asked me and I clicked never for this site. Strange how keychain was still popping up even though I disabled it in iCloud. Anyway, hopefully this helps someone else if this lives on in the support community. Thanks for the reply.
