My Face ID stopped working, I tried to reset it and now I’m unable to set it up as it keeps saying my face is out of view. I have tried re starting my phone; updating my software, but still is not working. Any other tips?

Hi! Thanks! I discovered what the problem is, it’s the phone case. For some reason if I have the case on Face ID won’t work. It was working before so I really do not know why is not working now
