LG UltraFine 4K Display - gray screen problem

Hi,

I have the same issue as described here of my brand new LG Ultrafine 4K display (24MD4KL-B).

I installed it yesterday and it was working well. But today it turns gray and to have the screen back I have to disconnect the Thunderbolt 3 cable (I used the Thunderbolt 3 port on my iMac 27'' from 2019 and also on the Thunderbolt 3 Hub from Caldigit / Western Digital) .

Does it mean that the display is faulty?

macOS (up to day) still see it.
