data recovery loop

my iphone xr is stuck on a data recovery loop. i’ve tried holding the volume up, down, and power and nothing. attempting to do it with itunes is also proving difficult as it’s asking for me to unlock my device but i can’t because of the loop. the nearest apple store is 1 hour away. is there anything else i can do?
