Missing Driving and Navigation options on iphone 13 pro Maps app

Can't turn on voice for maps because the option does not display. Tried all the basic stuff. Is this a known issue?

The ability to turn on or mute sound is now on the map itself. Once you have set a route and the driving directions appear, you should see a speaker icon that you can use to turn audio on and off. The ability to hear directions over your vehicle radio is found by scrolling down a little further in the Settings area you display in your post. It is titled Spoken Directions.
