i am using new Ipad mini 6 but when i slide down on top of right side side not small icon appeared. Old ipad mini when u slide down all small icons appear. can some one help me. Thanks

Do you mean Control Center? Access Control Center on your iPad - Apple Support
When u slide down on upper right side (on wi-fi/battery icon) down, a 1/2 page icon appear like WiFi icon/Focus icon/ Air Play icon/Brightness icon/Screen mirror/Portrait icon etc.
