Extremely long iMac startup time

2019 i9 iMac, running the latest Monterey.

It's really bugging me that when I start up the computer in the morning, occasionally it'll start up normally/quickly (15-20 seconds), but most other times, it's started to take an abnormally long time (3-4 minutes).

Is there anything I can reset or diagnose to see why it's doing this?

Once started up, the computer always functions normally -- there are no other odd symptoms. It's just the startup time.
