Hello, thanks for helping me. I use Apple Community to help other people. I have been actively doing it for the past few days. I recently received an email from Apple saying that they recommended my post. It says I earned 7 reputation points, but it still says I’m level 1 with no points. This is the email and my Apple Community status:

Sometimes the point counter display does not update. Its an ongoing issue with the forum software. Eventually it catches up.
The issue is known and actively being worked on to resolve it.
Give it a couple of days.
