Why can’t I put wi-fi calling on my phone

My new iPhone 13 Mini does not have a wi-fi calling option listed. My cell coverage is low at my house, but my wi-fi coverage is strong. My phone plan and my wi-fi are with 2 different carriers. I have IOS15.4.1

Check with your cell service provider and see if they support WiFi calling.
