How do I add a "Button" to Numbers Mac to link to a website?

This "how to" doesn't explain the procedure as to link a button/object to webpage in a way I can follow.
You can't add a "Button" in Numbers. But if you have 'Automatically add links to webpages and emails' Smart Web and Email Links checked at Numbers > Numbers Preferences > Auto-Correction and you have checked 'Smart Links' at Edit > Substitutions in your menu then you can drag a link into a cell from the address bar of a browser or type a url into a cell.
Whenever you need to follow that link you can click it within that cell.
