I can't access my digital booklet - iTunes

I bought an album through itunes and I can't access the digital booklet it comes with. I've clicked on everything I can think of, and nothing happens. I looked it up and the only other people with a problem seemed to be viewing it on a phone, and they were told to view it on a computer. That shouldn't be a problem for me, since I'm using a computer (it's the only way I can use itunes anyway since I don't own any apple products). This, however, brings me to my next question; is that possibly what it is? Do I need to use an apple device to view it?

I would greatly appreciate some help with this.
