Hourly Reminder

I see from the forum that as of an article in 30 Aug 2021 (Why I am not able to set hourly reminder … - Apple Community) that I should be able to set an hourly reminder as of release 14.7.1. Did that get removed in subsequent version releases? I updated yesterday to IOS 15.4.1 and there is no hourly option. Help! How can I set a reminder every hour or every 2 hours?

Create the Reminder, then tap on the (i) at the end to enter the settings area.

Set the time and then scroll down and tap on Repeat. There you should find the Hourly setting.

Then scroll down to Custom. When you open custom, you should see this screen.

Now, under Every, change that from Hour and select 2 in that next screen.

Yes in the native reminders app, there is a date toggle on off and a time toggle on off, there is no “start time” element. I have set the date and the time and the repeat options are never, daily, weekdays, weekends, weekly, biweekly, monthly, ev 3 months, ev 6 months, yearly. Each do have custom setup, but. None of them say hourly.

If you are referring to setting this in the Reminders app, the first thing you have to do after creating the reminder is to select a start time. Without setting a start time, then Hourly selection will not appear. Once you have set the start time, scroll down to the Repeat section, tap on that and you have the option to select Hourly. If you wish to do every two hours, after selecting Hourly, tap on Custom at the bottom of the list. That will bring up another page, showing Frequency and Every. Hourly will already be populated there from your original selection, then set Every to 2 for every 2 hours.
