IPhone 7 Plus crashing

Hi my 7+ occasionally crashes when using the camera with flash .

The battery health is 89%

there is plenty of charge in the battery.

the last photo taken with the flash is not saved.

it will not turn on again unless I plug it in to a charger.. then it comes on by itself…

any clues??🤔🤔
