Transfer music from iPod to Macbook
Attempting to transfer music from iPod to Mac. Version of iPod Nano is 1.04. Mac running 10.13.6 High Sierra. What can you suggest? Been at this all day and run out of options.

Music can be synced from Mac to iPod but not the other way around. If syncing from your Mac to iPod would help, check out Sync iPod touch with your computer - Apple Support.
