Verification not available on apple pay

I have a visa card which I already added to my wallet successfully, but once I tried to add it to another iPhone i got no verification option!!

My region is correct and all sitting same as the other iPhone which i have the card on it.

i contacted the bank but they refer me to apple

Apple Pay Card Verification I recently upgraded from an IPhone 11 to a 12. I used my debit card on Apple Pay (or did with the old phone). On the new phone it says that I have to verify the card. However, every time I try (either with phone number or email) it says it’s not working right now and to give it a few minutes. This has been a day or 2. The phone number being offered for verification seems to be incorrect, and I’m not sure how to correct it, although the email seems right. I don’t know whom to call or contact to deal with this. Thanks.

Add a card to Apple pay Hello. I was trying to add my debit card to Apple Pay and it said that I need a verification of my bank, witch they did, but it still need a verification. I don’t understand why.

Upon researching your question, we recommend following the steps in this link: If you can't add a card to Apple Wallet to use with Apple Pay

If the issue remains, we recommend the same suggestion as your bank card suggested to contact Apple Support: Get Support
