In the past, I could go to iCloud > Manage Storage > Messages on my iPhone and then click Top Conversations to see in size order the message strings that were taking up the most space. Now, it says Zero KB and there are none listed, but the messages are taking up a significant amount of space, so there should messages listed there. Is there any way to get this back or access it differently?

Thanks for the screenshot! We shared the previous link just to make sure that Messages for iCloud didn't accidentally get turned off. If you were able to check and the feature is still set up, let us know if you also view these messages on other devices. This can help us in isolating the issue.

We understand you want to view Messages being stored in iCloud. Are you updated to the latest iOS on your iPhone? Have you restarted your iPhone since first noticing the issue? Be sure your Messages are setup in iCloud by following the steps in this article.

I do know that when I click random message stings, I can click info to see all photos and links rather than scrolling through the string to find them, but without the Top Conversations working, I have to guess which messages are the space hogs.
Thanks, but I don’t think that’s it. Yes, I have the latest iOS update and have powered down and restarted. My messages are backed up in iCloud. My issue is that where I used to be able to view Top Conversations to see which messages were using the most storage, it now says Zero KB and, if I press the right arrow, none are listed. Before, it would show an amount, and on the next page, I could click each listed message and delete photos to reduce the size of the message. This is a faster way to save space on iCloud than randomly checking various message streams for photos. See image below. I noticed this before I updated the iOS, so it’s not a glitch from the download. I am at a loss as to what, if anything, I can do to get this back.
I also have an iPad, and the same messages are there, and it also has the same Zero KB issue under Top Conversations. I hadn’t thought to check there since I mainly deal with this on my phone. Thanks
OK, I closed it and opened it up on iPad again and now there are messages listed as expected on the iPad, but the iPhone still shows Zero KB there.
