Instagram bad quality on iphone 13 Pro

Hi, I bought my IPhone 13 Pro in January and when I posted stories, Reels and feed the quality was perfect. But after about 2 months everything I post, especially stories and reels, the quality is terrible. A friend has an iPhone 11 Pro and he can post everything in high quality. I've seen several tips on YouTube but nothing helps.
