Anyone experiencing problems call forwarding?

That depends on what you mean by “call forwarding”. Your phone can “forward” calls to other iOS devices and Macs on your Wi-Fi network. If that is what you mean that feature is called “calls on other devices” and is enabled or disabled in Settings/Phone.
If you mean having calls to your iPhone number be redirected to a different number that is a carrier feature, and has nothing to do with your phone, other than turning it on or off. See→Set up call forwarding and call waiting on iPhone - Apple Support
If you have problems with it you need to contact your carrier.
