windows 11 can't find my magic keyboard with touch ID

Does anyone know how to fix the issue, that my windows 11 PC with bluetooth module can'T find the keyboard? When plugging it in, it works, but I can't pair it.

I paired and unpaired it with my Mac Book. I'm afraid that this pairing moved the keyboard out of discovery mode, and now I'm stuck with 2 keyboards.

Any idea/help would be appreciated.

why touch id on apple magic keyboard doesn't work with bluetooth while it perfectly works when connected with usb cable? I use iMac silicon 24" I use iMac 24" M1 (MacOS Ventura 13.4.1) and Apple magic keyboard with Touch ID (wide one). I used this keyboard to replace the small one that came with computer. As long as the new keyboard is connected to iMac via cable Touch ID works flawlessly. However, if I disconnect the cable and keyboard is connected via Bluetooth, Touch ID stops working every time I do this. To restore Touch ID I have to turn the keyboard off and then on and connect the cable. The old keyboard worked well in both Bluetooth and cabled connections

touch id not working on magic keyboard connected to macbook pro I recently bought a magic keyboard with touch id. It is connected via bluetooth to my macbook pro. However, the touch id is not working. I have made sure that ios is up to date, restarted the computer and keyboard several times. The touch id on the keyboard on my laptop does work but not the touch id on the new magic keyboard. Any ideas what to try?
