Apple TV with HDMI Dummy Plug

I have an Apple TV 4k in my home office. Because I am blind, I don't need a monitor (nor do I want to dedicate space to it). I am using my Apple TV with an HDMI dummy plug and everything plays fine except Disney+. I have tried several different dummy plugs but all of them give me an HDCP error when I try to play any content from Disney+. Can anyone recommend an HDMI dummy plug that emulates a monitor in every way and will work with Disney+? Thanks.

Apple TV 4K compatibility with 2009 Pioneer Elite PRO-151FD 60" flat panel plasma TV I own a 2009 Pioneer Elite PRO-151FD 60" flat panel plasma TV that still has a great picture, and I wish to attach a streaming device such as the Apple TV 4K for the first time to the TV via a Monster HDMI cable that I purchased with the TV. Is there any reason why the Apple TV 4K would not work well with this older HDMI-enabled 1080p TV? (I realize I will not get a 4K picture.)
