How do you reinstall your safari app on your iPhone. Deleted off phone today because it would not open.

You can't delete Safari since it's a system app. You probably just removed it from the home screen. To add it again, swipe right on your home screen until you see your App library. Then type 'Safari' on the top search bar and then add it back to home screen.
