SpeechServiceSynthesizer at Logon

SpeechServiiceSynthesizer appears as an item to loaded on login. But Finder does not see it. What is this? Should I remove it from log in items? Does it need to be removed from my puter?

Greetings Jarmaracark,

Speech Service Synthesizer is the part of macOS that enables a standardized method for Mac and other apps to generate synthesized speech. It is safe to remove it or temporarily prevent it from opening automatically. Click here for more details: Open items automatically when you log in on Mac
