I rented a movie in YouTube. Please refund the money as it is not working

I paid for one movie rental in the you tube. But it is not working. Please let me know how to cancel and get refund

Refund my money I just rent the movie from Spider-Man far from home. The movie was freezing a lot we have to start all over . Movies and iTunes for me and never had happened . I want my money back thank you

Did you rent it through App Store or through YouTube App?
