I’ve tried everything searched on how to get my mail to receive them again but nothing happens I don’t know how to fix it and I need to get my mail in

Are you seeing an error? Did you attempt all of the steps in this support document, If you can't receive email on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support? Can you send email?
