I am trying to wipe my old iPad prior to giving it away, and cannot get rid of my Apple ID. I can't sign into iCloud to do that, although it works fine on the new iPad. All I get is Verification Failed, unknown error.Tried changing password.
Trying to erase and get rid of my Apple ID in an old iPad using iOs 10.3. Unable to sign into iCloud to do this. Just get a Verification Error. Internet connection good. Have tried changing password but not helpful. Tried Erase All Content, but everything comes back to no iCloud connection.
