Stuck at Confirm iPad passcode.

Hi, I have reset my iPad passcode and once I was done there was this confirm passcode error. Due to this I am not able to connect to iCloud and I am also unable to sign out of this account. Whenever I try to login my Apple ID password for iCloud a message pops up saying an error occurred I have sent necessary screenshots please look into this matter.
