When I go on Google or apps that use Internet I can easily access them but when I go to Instagram TikTok or Snapchat they all say no Internet connection or will not send my message They work with Wi-Fi though I already tried resetting my phone and turn it off VPN nothing is working

Looking at your screenshot I see that you are using cellular data, so I will ask you to go to Settings > cellular > cellular data > make sure you have activated cellular data for these applications!
