They stopped making the iPhone XS on September 2019. Your phone is well over a year old and the Apple warranty expired long ago. Take up the warranty issue with whatever store sold it to you.
Did you purchase this phone from Apple or an authorized reseller?
As previously noted, an Xs is a fairly old device in “tech years.”
