Screen lock

Hello. I have a problem on my Iphone. Unfortunately forgot old screen code which I have never changed, but not working after trying it couple of months later. I've been trying to backup all of my Icloud information and it still asks for the old passcode, even though I have backed up Icloud. Could you please help me find my old screen lock code?
