macbook air m1 2020 charging stuck at 1%

Just bought a new macbook air m1 ,and charge 5 times in 2 weeks only ,now only stuck at 1% ,if unplug then will off soon

Hi,

You'd better check your MacBook Air with Apple Diagnostics if it reports battery related error.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support

Apple Diagnostics reference codes - Apple Support

If it reports error or not, you should take your MacBook Air to Genius Bar which required making reservation or local Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Air there.
