Apple Watch Assisted Touch

Hey guys, I recently bought Apple Watch series 7 and was trying assisted touch feature but pinch and clench doesn’t work while choosing app in grid view also many times doesn’t change options on deck and at other situations, tried restarting, re pairing, switching off etc…please help guys
