Re contact apple support

I was sent a case number by email if I needed to contact apple again when I click on the number and input my surname I am getting a message saying they do not match I’ve tried different spellings of my surname and even my first name but am still getting the same message I can’t reply to the email as it’s a ‘no reply’ one. Any help would be appreciated
