I updated my MacBook Pro, M1, 2020 to macOS Monterey 12.3.12 days ago. Since this update I've not been able to share my internet connection via a ethernet/USB adapter via wifi.
It will connect to other networks however it won't even start sharing but will still connect to other networks. I have rebooted several times with wifi off and on prior to restart.
Any suggestions?

▷ Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac.
If that does not help, then get expert service and support at the Genius Bar.

none of the above suggestions have worked.
This has only been an issue since updating too 12.3.1.
Any further suggestions? could this be a software issue?
since i updated my macbook it will no longer allow internet sharing via wifi
