Internet sharing to computers using Wi-Fi stopped working after Monterey 12.5.1 (21G83) update

My iOS and Android devices are not able to connect to my mac anymore after the Monterey 12.5.1 (21G83) update.

I've already restarted my mac, turned on and off internet sharing, and changed the Wi-Fi password and name,...

Does anyone also experience this? Any ideas on how to at least workaround?

You can share the internet connection on your Mac with other computers on your local network

Is the iOS device running the latest version iOS 15.6.1
