iCloud storage plan for a child

We are having difficulties establishing a separate iCloud storage plan for my daughter.

Not sure if the issue is with the approval request for her own storage plan not getting to my phone

or if she can’t upgrade to 200GB because she’s a minor.

Ideas?

She should still be able to purchase iCloud storage.

Does other request purchase requests come trough?

If not, one thing that might work is to rename your iPhone

This "resets" the whole ask to buy system often it resolves issues

Also make sure everything is set up correctly:

Another option could be to share your storage with her. This will not share any data, only the storage.
