getting into facebook on my iPhone 7 plus

I have had my email and facebook accounts hacked. I'm back into my email, and I had to finally create a new facebook account, my old one is gone. I can get into my new facebook account on my MacBook Pro, but not on my iPhone 7 plus, IOS 15.4.1. I even deleted the facebook app, and then added it again. Every time I try to get in on my phone, I get the gray triangle with an exclamation point in it, with the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again at a later time. " It's been doing this since I opened the new account - for days.
