Charging

So I bought a charger head of “Pisen” that shows 22.5w adaptive quick charger from a store (not Apple store), so I expected it will charge really fast with my Apple wire on my iPad (iPad Air 3) but no. Here comes some question that I am facing.

I did some calculations and found that it takes about 4.61 hours for my iPad to be fully charged, so does it count as fast charge?
Does “Pisen” quick charger head even support Apple?
I use some testing apps and found that the charger is charging in 7.38 W, so is this a slow, normal, or fast speed?
Did I got scammed?

The iPad Air 3 does not have Fast Charge capability, so if use a 1000 watt charger, the rate of charge would not change. While using a higher wattage charge cube does no harm, it will not appreciably shorten the charge time.

Adding further information, Apple devices that support Fast Charging use USB PD (Power Delivery). This standard is not listed in the Pisen specifications.

As Pisen charger cannot fast-charge any Apple devices; beyond basic USB 5V charging, the maximum charging rate will be technically limited to 12W (2.4A @5V).

In addition to what stedman1 had to say, which is correct, I do not see the MFi seal showing that power adapter is Made for iPhone or iPad. Using it could damage your device, since it is not approved by Apple.
