iOS 15.4.1 has made my battery worse

Is anyone else having issues with this new update and battery life? My iPhone 12 has never had an issue with battery drain, and after installing this update, my phone goes from full charge to 5% after only 2 hours of screen time. I have no apps running in the background and even when I am not using my phone it drops. This is unbelievably ridiculous and it seems no one else has posted about this being an issue. I’ve restarted my phone countless times and have done everything recommended.
