You MacBook shut down because of a problem issue after updating to Monterey

Does anyone know if these resolved with subsequent Monterey updates? I ended up spending hours at the Apple store for them to reinstall Big Sur to fix the issue permanently, but I would like to upgrade if the issue has been resolved. I can't seem to find any updates after February 2022. Not even the one I posted. If anyone has an update that would be great. Thank you!
