When using the enhance feature on recorded files on the voice memo app, I can clearly hear a difference, but when that same file is exported or shared, the enhancement is no longer taking effect. Why is this? I’ve seen online that the same question was asked a little while back but none of my files retain their enhanced quality.
The following sentence from this page in the iPhone User Guide answers this:
”Note: Turning on Enhance Recording doesn’t change the recording itself, only how it sounds when you play it.”
