I have a paramount subscription paid for but I can’t log in

I have a paramount plus subscripting paid for but I can’t log in without paying again. I’d rather not pay again

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. Just to clarify, did you purchase this subscription from Apple or from a Paramount+ website? Which Apple device, and OS version are you having this issue with?


We've located this helpful resource about how to sign up for Paramount+ on your iOS device or stream Paramount+ on your iOS device if you're already an existing subscriber:


Sign up for Paramount+ on your iOS device
To sign up on your iPhone/iPad, download the Paramount+ app by clicking here.
Once you've downloaded the app:
-Launch the Paramount+ app, and Tap "Get Started" or "Sign up." 
-Choose a subscription plan, and tap "Continue." You'll be prompted to create an account. 
-On the Sign Up screen, enter your full name, email address and password of your choice. Your email address and password will be your Paramount+ login. 
-Tap "Subscribe." You'll be prompted to confirm your purchase. 
You can now stream Paramount+! 
 
Stream Paramount+ on your iOS device (existing subscribers)
Just use these steps to download the Paramount+ app on your iPhone or iPad, then start streaming.
-Download the Paramount+ app for your iOS device by clicking here.
-Launch the app.
-Tap the 'Menu" icon in the upper left-hand corner.
-Tap "Sign In".
