Every time I try to either download something or update an app from the app store it says i have to do something with my billing and I've tried diff things and it doesn't work and I can't download anything and I don't have the none for a payment option is there anything I can do to get rid of this?

You may need to have a payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free. Check which payment method you have on file
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit your Apple ID details.
On the Sidebar click Payment methods -> then tap Payments Methods and tap Manage payment method.
