Can I use a regular UBSA - Lighting cable charger for the new iPhone SE, instead of USBC - Lightning, WITHOUT compromising on battery life?

I am thinking of buying the iPhone SE, but this time around I really want to keep its battery healthy and live longer. So I want to make sure I do everything, if you have any other tips for battery health, that would be great too.

You can use the regular, USB-A to lightning, cable with a 5W power adapter with no problem. It will slow charge your iPhone and potentially be better for battery life.

My main concern here is preserving battery health for as long as I can. I mentioned battery "life" in the question, but I meant "health"

You're welcome. For what it's worth, I had my iPhone 12 since December and use fast charging exclusively with 20W and 30W USB-C power adapters and my Maximum Capacity still shows 100%
