Face ID not working after upgrade

Since I upgraded to iOS 15.41, Face ID does not work at all. I tried to reset, but I get “Face Id can be set up once phone cools down”??

why do we have so many new issues after an upgrade?

Face ID Not Working My phone updated to IOS 14.7.1 last night and since the update, my Face ID is no longer working. I restarted my phone. I also tried to reset my Face ID but it says Face ID not available right now, try again later. When I look up how to fix this issue, it says to get a new phone but it seems like it is an IOS issue? Are others having this problem with the new IOS or is their a fix?

Try the following:

▷ Update your iPhone. 📲

If that didn’t help, then try a Hard Reset:

Press volume up (quickly)
Press volume down (quickly)
Press and hold the power button until the Apple logo ( ) appears

If that didn’t work, it could be a hardware issue. ⚠️
